This 24-hour central access point for information and referral serves is prevention and pre-crisis focused. When someone calls 2-1-1 @ IMPACT, they will speak with a Community Resource Specialist - a professional trained to listen carefully to the caller's needs, help assess their situation and connect them to an agency that will respond to their needs.
