2005 New Balance Honorary Team Member

Jill Newman

Jill was the 2005 Milwaukee Honorary New Balance Team Member and was selected for her extraordinary commitment to the Komen Milwaukee Race for the Cure®. Jill served as the treasurer of the race for 3 years and this in the summer of 2005, she was diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 30. In light of her diagnosis, Jill continued her work for the 2005 Race, even through treatment. Jill's courage is an inspiration to all, and her story is another reason why we continue to Race for a Cure®.
